The W Aspen hotel staff were incredible! Every single employee made us feel welcomed and valued, with proactive anticipation of things we may enjoy. The entire experience felt custom and personalized. From our very first impressions with the bellmen taking our bags, to the gentleman who checked us in, we were treated with extremely high levels of care and always a smile. The front desk manager who assisted in our check-in was above and beyond friendly, nice, and personable. Every time we saw him, he said hello and greeted us by name. With the snow, we took advantage of the car service and every driver was kind, waited as needed, and shared suggestions on things to do and see. It is very clear that the hotel team has strong leadership and instilled a great culture for the employees. While we may have been only a few of the many guests the hotel saw over the course of our stay, we felt like we were the only guests, and yet we saw everyone getting treated the same, which speaks volumes on the level in which the staff is attuned to guest satisfaction. Our experience at the W Aspen has been the best hotel experience this year, and maybe of all time. Now that we live in Colorado, we will absolutely be making future trips to Aspen and stay with the W Aspen - incredibly memorable! In addition to your exceptional staff, as mentioned earlier in this survey, the property is beautiful - we love the public and hotel room aesthetics, the food and drink offerings were exactly what we were looking for, and we loved the many perks - daily cocktails, car service, 24-Hr hot tub. That combined with the level of care, attention to detail, thoughtful suggestions and recommendations made this a truly incredible experience. The W Aspen experience should be a goal that every other hotel strives to achieve.

The W was the perfect spot to be near the mountain and to walk around town. The rooms were spacious and the bunked bed systems were pretty cool. The hotel was very family friendly and attentive especially during this off season. A huge shoutout to Cameron at the front concierge who always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Cameron’s customer service was unlike any other and truly follows the W’s motto. We need more Cameron’s in the hospitality industry.

Santiago at the upstairs bar is an amazing bartender and absolute G! So accommodating, so kind, and genuinely made my trip! So happy to have met him, and the staff is incredible! He should be promoted and is genuinely the highlight of the W Aspen- ask to meet him when you are here! He will make your trip!

We stayed in mid July. I stay in a lot of hotels and it’s rare to get good customer service- the W knows how to treat their guests. Every staff member actually wanted to help make our stay great and do the little things. Especially awesome was the wheels team who was happy to drive us around town wherever we needed to go with a smile on their faces, even when sitting in Aspen afternoon traffic. Room was clean and quiet as well.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Izzer the hotel managers is one of the best hotel managers I think I’ve ever come across. She was so attentive, kind, warm and even remembered our anniversary. You don’t get exceptional customer service like that… she is so rare. The rooms are gorgeous, a Mr. steam in the shower!! And we have been having such a lovely time. This is by far a 5 star!

I really enjoyed my stay at the W Aspen. Well located - much more private that the Little Nell, and felt boutique, rather than your large, corporate W property, not to mention the phenomenal staff at the property. I would consider the property to still be ski in and out, but it's located out of the public eye from the gondola, so it's much more private and less busy than the Little Nell, which could be a pro and con depending on who you are, but it's a positive for me. The property felt very boutiqey and residential, given the low key count, which was certainly appreciated, and the breakfast benefit for Bonvoy Elites were certainly extremely generous compared to other properties. I also appreciated how the developer did not skimp out on small touches like speccing Lutron Palladiom light switches, which are not cheap ($1000+ each). As a developer and designer who also has this at home, small touches like this are something I appreciate as it's an area where one could save money, but it makes the experience feel much more like a high end, custom home, rather than a hotel.

My stay at W Aspen was nothing short of extraordinary. The location is unbeatable—just a short block from the Aspen Mountain ski lift and right in the heart of all the action. Whether you’re skiing, dining, or enjoying the nightlife, everything is conveniently at your doorstep. The rooms were clean, modern, and stylish, just like you’d expect from a W property. The sleek design, comfortable finishes, and overall vibe created a sense of upscale coolness. However, what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service. The hospitality was outstanding. Ms. Tawnya, the house driver with W Wheels, and Langston, the manager, genuinely made our experience unforgettable. They were incredibly engaged, proactive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. What impressed me most was their thoughtful, personal, and completely unprompted follow-up. As a Titanium Elite who has stayed many nights across Marriott properties, I can confidently say that the level of service at W Aspen was exceptional and absolutely worth every penny. This is hospitality done right—warm, attentive, and truly memorable. I can’t wait to return.

One of the best housekeeping teams I’ve ever seen. They were fast, efficient, and it felt like the room was magically cleaned the moment we stepped out. Staff was friendly, and the location couldn’t be better—right next to the ski lifts. Legit one of the smoothest stays I’ve had.
